The distance from the beach and the center is long if you don't have a car.

Fast, easy and very friendly communication with the owner who lives in the same house. The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable. Parking is on the property which is secured by a gate.
Basic breakfast with different beverages (coffee, tea, juices, water, milk) as well as bread and cake is included.
Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap and a decent sized shower (we stayed at other places in Italy with tiny showers so this was a big plus for us).
Very good restaurant within a 10 minutes walk.
Mosquito net needs fixing but I’m sure it will be taken care of quickly as the place is very well maintained in general.
Maybe a little sign at the entrance would also be helpful to find the right place but it’s a minor thing.

Room was big, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and many hand made cake were available in the morning. The location is so peaceful. Perimetral alarm available in all the rooms making the property very safe as well.

Nice and quiet, very clean. Breakfast delicious. I didn't give 10, because I had too slow the internet in my room.

Casa Delhi Ulivi there is only one comment excellence throughout my stay every thing was to a high and personal standard and the proprietors were on hand any time of day so so helpful, when I return there’s only one place I will be staying.
