The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, Ushaka. The wide view of the ocean from the main window lounge is very beautiful! The kitchen is spacious.

The location has some drawbacks too, unfortunately to many vagrants around the area. When we checked in, and arrived into the apartment, the light in the kitchen wasn't working, the taps in sink of the bathroom had no hot water, the water was not regulated properly. These are things that you shouldn't have to encounter while staying at a holiday apartment. Expect these issues in your own home, but it shouldn't be the case while on holiday. If management can stay on top of these maintenance issues, we wouldn't need to complain.

The view of the sea.

There was miscommunication between the booking site and the venue, so we were moved to another room on the last night. The second room had a horrid smell coming from the bathroom and we found a cockroach in the room. The wifi was very limited with only 400mb between 2 people, this was not clarified on the booking page.

Closeness to the beach, harbour and Ushaka Marine World

Unsafe parking and competing for parking with non-tenants.

The location is the best for anyone who wants to experience Durban beaches, right at Ushaka Marine gate

Having to pack my car on the street, was a big risky. I recommend that in future they notify every person who requests accommodation that they have to reserve parking when they book accommodation

Lounge and the kitchen....the view from the lounge window was so so beautiful.
