Good location close to work and pub/restaurant on site
I had the room right next to the reception door so I could hear it slamming every time someone came or went from the hotel

clean and spacious for a family room
not enough towels in the room had to go and get more. for a family room was stocked with enough teas, sugars and coffee.

Great value for money, very comfortable and staff were helpful, all in all a great hotel with no drawbacks especially for the price.

Reception staff excellent and very helpful I had called a day earlier and spoken to the same lady to arrange breakfast and this was sorted with a smile. Bed and pillows excellent, lovely and comfortable
I overlooked the Burger king drive through and could hear some of the orders being placed.

Lovely bath, comfy bed, tea tray well stocked. Next door to a service station shop, a pub and a few fast food restaurants. Amazing price for the stay!

Easy parking, good stop on route to Heathrow from Wales. Big room. Nice restaurant next door.

Booking in - reception staff friendly and helpful.
Evening meal - steak - excellent. Drinks - excellent.
Would have been nice to know that I was expected to book a table for evening meal. Broken kettle in room. Shower was a little tricky to use.

The service given by the receptionist when we arrived was good. He was helpful and polite. Likewise the morning receptionist. The room was clean, comfortable and gave us what we needed. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room neither hot nor cold...
The location I suppose could have been nicer but it met our needs. We really didn't have anything to grumble about. We could park right outside and our room was a two minute walk from the front door...

It as clean, spacious and comfortable. There was no problems with noisy guests either at the Inn or at the pub. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Vicki the receptions on duty and the chamber maids we encountered in the morning all went that extra mile and made sure our stay was good in fact we could not fault the stay in anyway.

Very very easy access from north, south, east and west for anyone visiting Shropshire. Wales, accommodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, everything that you could possibly want. The meals at The Fallow Field were superburb , we complimented the chef at her skills.
We could find not one single thing to say that was detremental.

The room very clean & tidy.
The pub opposite...poor food poor service & poor drinks all which was overly priced. The bill was even wrong they charged us double each time ordering a drink. Service was dier stratts, young lady collapsed in doorway with no staff 1st aider on site

I had a continental breakfast which waS enough for me the service was excellent the waiting staff checked I had everything I needed,
In the wet room there was a fair bit of dust on the grab rails and cistern but overall the room was clean
