The check in staff were very accommodating as we arrived early. The room was beautifully restored and the gardens gorgeous.
We tried to have dinner at the buffet and arrived just before 7 but the buffet was not ready. No one engaged with us to assist and we left at 8pm without eating despite approaching staff to ask.

Hotel is great
Called the hotel for booking. They said it’s fully booked but when I checked online rooms were available. Also two weeks ago I stayed in the same room and was charged 3000 pkr for extra mattress but this time I was charged 25 dollar which is close to 7500 pkr without any justification or reason.
