A very helpful host Jurgen. He responded to our every request promptly. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. It was very clean with a full clean every 3 days. Aircon was excellent. Connected to Netflix ok. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Location to city and local amenities was great and a great quiet area. Would definitely recommend this area. Access to local beach within walking distance and other local beaches. Major Mall a short distance. There is a restaurant and bar on site. We had an apartment overlooking a major construction site some people would find it noisy we loved watching the site grow. Double glazing so not a problem. Parking was easy and there was security at the gates who helped stop traffic so we could exit safely. We used a pick up and deliver laundry service but thought we had use of a washing machine in our apartment..but the service was excellent. We can't say enough really. Thank you Jurgen and staff...we will be back next year.

Can't complain really. Amazing service from downstairs Building Management office. Front lady was so obliging but the other person in back office was abrupt and rude.

location and good size

no toilet in the bedroom , had to go downstairs
