We loved this apartment in the heart of Palermo, it was great to stand on the balcony and watch the world go by!
Excellent location close to all the main attractions.
The apartment is fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay and communication with the hosts was reliable.
Highly recommended and we would happily stay there again
Nothing - all great.

The hosts were extremely helpful, making sure we entered the property and arrived safely. The flat was beautifully decorated and presented. bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.
No negatives for me

Perfect location. Spot on in the middle of the town. Very clean, it smelled beautiful. All the necessities were provided, as well as coffee, tea, biscuits, fresh fruits, etc
There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

Size of the property and all the facilities were great, as well as the decoration of the room. Communication with the host was fast and efficient, yet friendly at the same time. Location is also very convenient: close to all the touristic attractions, buses etc.
We stayed for 4 nights and haven't had a good sleep even once. The street was super loud in the evening, at night and in the morning. We could hear absolutely all the sounds even when the windows are closed. Air conditioner was also very loud. Pillows were old and uncomfortable, definitely require a replacement.
