Excellent, big, super comfortable apartment, perfect for long stay. Living room is facing trees and a park. Very clean, attended for cleaning weekly. Excellent furniture, kitchen supplies. Separate kitchen which is important. Large bathroom. Always working elevators. Green market with fresh local produce is downstairs. Delta city mall and large supermarket 7 min walk. River and ferry to the lake beach is 10 min walk. Overall, above and beyond, excellent place. If you need a longer base out of Schengen, this is the one.

Very nice apartment, freshly reconstructed, cheaply, but nicely. Good air conditioning.
Fridge handle was broken, shower head leaking and handle broken. But nothing rendering the equipment useless.
