The apartment was perfect for four people. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and everything was very clean. We stayed for six nights, and on the third day, housekeeping came and cleaned the apartment and changed everything. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, and there is a beach just 3 minutes away, which was especially convenient for enjoying the afternoons. The area is quiet, and there was always a parking spot available nearby. The apartment is also a great base for exploring the whole peninsula and its beautiful beaches very easily. Kelly was extremely kind and welcoming. We really loved our stay in Neos Marmaras and at Alterra Vita Apartments. Highly recommended!

Ap.105 has an upstairs bedroom children enjoy. AC (one of them, the other doesn't work) has a good position , not disturbing .

No pressure and no hot water for 140 eur/night. Waited for 40 min to take a shower, even going out without taking a shower, my 6 year old daughter got febrile as she takes cold showers. I was told by owner that the situation is normal as all the people in the town is taking shower at the same time. For me it's not normal! The beach(paradiso i think) in proximity is ugly, so if you don't have a car to go to another beach your vacation is ruined . If you have a car, the adventure of parking starts!
