The villa is in a very tranquil location on top of a hill, with gorgeous views over the bay of Kissamos. The pool is a good size, the garden and sunny terrace are lovely. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything you might need in terms of equipment is available. Supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive away in the villages at the coast (a car is definitely needed for the villa!). A lovely coastal hiking trail starts nearby at Nopigia beach, and Phalasarna beach is only 35min away.
On cloudy/windy days, it's extra windy and cooler on top of the hill, so that was the only drawback during our stay - not something the property can influence, of course, just something to be aware of.

We had a great stay! Such a beautiful villa! Loved the fact that we were on a hill surrounded by olive trees. The view was amazing! Felt sad to leave on our last day! We felt like being home 😍 The pool was amazing, it was a good size and depth. The beds were comfortable as well! We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay! Thank you for the restaurant recommendations, we loved the Fish tavern and Gramvousa restaurant. Yummy Cretan food!

كان المكان جداً رائع والاطلاله جميلة جداً والهدوء
وكان اصحاب الفيلا جداً رائعين وكأنو جدا لطيفون ويساعدون في اي شيء وشكراً جزيلاً لهم وسوف أتي مره ثانيه انا وعائلتي 🌹🌹

We really enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and looked exactly like the photos—if anything, it was even better in person. We were a group of five, and there was plenty of space for all of us.
The hosts were very thoughtful and welcomed us with fresh fruit, water, and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax.
The only downside is the road leading to the property. The last 5 minutes are on a steep, unpaved road, so you’ll definitely need a car. The location is quite isolated, and you can’t really walk anywhere.
The house itself is a bit older, and the bathrooms are quite dated, but everything was clean and functional, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
