1. The hotel‘s front-desk clerks are very unfriendly. When I checking in, I said I wanted to book at booking.com. The front desk customer service showed a disdainful expression and said it would take a while longer, even joking with colleagues. 2. The order reservation interface displays breakfast included, but after the order is confirmed, it has changed to no breakfast included. I am not sure if this is a problem with booking.com or the hotel. 3. The most uncomfortable and emotional impact of a day is also due to breakfast. When I entered the breakfast restaurant and started eating, customer service came over to tell me that your order did not include breakfast. After a while, another customer service came over to tell me that your order did not include breakfast. Are you sure you want to continue eating breakfast! It's really impolite and impolite. Dinner was great, buffet style. Staff was always top notch. Food great and fresh, especially the seafood!

An absolutely phenomenol stay for our first anniversary. We were treated like Fuzhou royalty and the duty manager was always asking if there was anything else he could so. He really exceeded his duties and delivered on providing a memorable first anniversary! We will definitely stay again. The room was huge and so comfortable! The buffet was delicious! We send our heartfelt thanks to the Kempinkski and its staff for a truly special visit!
