Good location close to the metro and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was basic but comfortable and clean and I slept really well. Everyone on staff was very helpful, including when I needed to use a phone to change my flight.
I personally did not like the breakfast, although there were a lot of options and other people may be happy with it.

Staff members were kind and well trained, and tried to make up to the issues I have faced. The room has a good size and a good desk for the ones that need to get work done. Botafogo is becoming one of the most trendy neighborhoods in Rio.
An accidental fire alarm at 6:50AM on a Saturday, with everyone running in the corridors. The battery of my room's door stopped working and I had to wait 40 minutes for it to be restored and be able to get into the room. The sink was clogged.
