Close to the square! Great area on the roof to relax! We had a very early tour & we got a care package to go! Staff were very helpful & friendly!

The unique design. The privacy of our units. Staff was so accommodating. Food was delicious and deliver on the run. Spacious roof top terrace with views. Pool on the rooftop.

The numbering of the elevator system

Very good position, close to the main square but quiet at night. Rooftop area was lovely. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room was quite small and there was nowhere to really unpack and store belongings, which wasn't a problem for us as we only had a short stay. The bar wasn't staffed very often but hot water was available to make your own drinks

The hotel was in a great location making the centre of city very walkable. The hotel was extremely comfortable we had a a king room which had two balconies a stunning view of Mount Chachani and Misti and the internal court yard. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. I want to know what fabric softener they use on their sheets as it just felt like a big hug. The roof top where we had breakfast and you could get cocktails and pizza was relaxing spacious there were humming birds and a 360 view of the surrounding volcanoes. The pool while small was also refreshing on the couple of hot days we had. Staff were helpful, so nice and professional. We stayed as a couple in a comfort room 16-20 September.

It was a little more on the expensive side we wanted to treat ourselves however I feel maybe it was not quite value for money.
