The warm welcome from the staff, easy access to the room. The coffee has good coffee and food available. The rooms are a good size and it was clean throughout. The beds are also comfortable. The location is nearby shops and restaurants and metro stations.
There is no decaf coffee in the coffee shop. The food is a little over priced for what you get. Could do with a plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom or near a mirror.
The apartment is next to a park so in the afternoons and weekends it can be noisy.

Staff was so helpful and informative.
Hotel so generous by waving extra fees, and feeding me when I was robbed within 3 hours of landing in Barcelona.
Didn't realize booking a double room meant the bed was in a loft. I am an older woman and so going to the WC in the middle of the night was a bit of an issue.
Why do you stock your towels/hair dryer on the second floor bedroom. I needed a towel on arrival after showering and they were not on hand in the WC as they should be.

The staff were fantastic as was the location. It is a fantastic neighbourhood with everything you need.
The fact there is no minibar fridge is an absolute bummer. It is disappointing that a hotel room does not have this essential amenity in a global city like barcelona. It put an absolute dampener on our stay in in 30+ degree heat. If you have any need for anything cold (and trust me you do in summer) look elsewhere.
