Frukosten! Fick veta i förväg att vi inte kunne boka frukost på detta hotell. Men da vi kom fram till hotellet sa receptionisten att det kunne man, men att man skulle ha bokat i förväg.... Suck. And then just one pillow is not enough. Check other hotels how many pillows you actually can choose from. There were 2 pillows but one of them had not a cover so how can you use it???

I enjoyed my stay. I only had problem to extend my travel. we arrived at the weekend and the answering machine for extending the travel was not working. I had no interaction with the staff. The place was place and clean.

So I received an invoice from this stupid apart hotel, claiming over 800kr for cleaning fee while I didn’t do anything to the room. So until you can provide me the exact reason why I should be paying for this invoice and how you actually come up with this invoice amount with your proof. I would pay you nothing. In fact, your room wasn’t even cleaned in a professional way when I moved in. So let me ask you a couple of questions. When it took you 2 business days just to fix the broken toilet hood (already broken when I moved in, I have all the photos taken down on the day I moved in), should I go report your bad service to booking.com? And when I moved in, found out the bed sheet has all these nasty stuff on it, did you guys provide me with any service? So if you don’t/can’t even clean up your room in a professional way anyway, why should I pay this invoice? And one more thing, when my neighbor was making all those yelling and noice at 3am in the midnight one day, I made a phone call asking to change a room for me, did you provide me with any service? So if you don’t offer any services to your tenants! Don’t you dare to charge a penny to your tenant! What exactly did I do to the room that would cost over 800kr anyway? Tell me if you can! The only thing I can say is that I didn’t receive any sort of services from you guys, the only thing I got from you guys is horrible experience. So unless you can proof your charges, I won’t pay a penny. You’d be lucky that I didn’t send you guys a law suit. But I will do if it is needed! Period.

It was silent, clean and safe. We had eveything that we need in the room. Btw thank we liked it.

We didnt had chair for my kid. we didnt got the kod that we can come in the hotel. There was no personal that we can ask what we need. So when we came in the hotel first we didnt know the code and anything about the hotel and room, and i think u should send all information that we need.

The room was really nice, comfy bed. The amenities for kitchen and bathroom are really good. They also provide iron and ironing board. The room and hotel are clean enough.

The location is very far away from the city of Stockholm. It is understandable though since it is not exactly in Stockholm city. However the access to the closest Train Station or Tunnelbanna (Metro) is quite far (each distance around 1.2km).

Well managed and detailed no human connect from Check in to Check out. Good beds and spacious living area with dining table and television and good bright windows

Long walk for each time to get to the room and exit out from metro and commuter rail stations. Due to some road construction near commuter rail station - Helenelund, the diversion walk path is too long winding ! Didn't spot any supermarkets in our three day stay ! Located among large office buildings which we didn't realise while booking! Also was disappointed by the bare minimum kitchenette. Not enough for a family holiday stay and only workable for work stays may be.
