Die Wohnung wird von einer Vermietungsfirma betreut. Wir hatten immer unterschiedliche englisch sprechende, sehr freundliche Menschen, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben haben oder anschliessend am Abreisetag abkassiert haben. Der Checkin war problemlos. Nach einem Anruf wartete eine Dame bereits auf uns am Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines alten Hauses in einer ruhigen aber zur Altstadt nahen Gasse. Die Lage ist prima: Es gibt um die Ecke einen nahen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Das Highlight des geräumigen Apartments ist die wunderschöne Dachterasse über die Dächer von Piran bis zum Meer, die wir rege genutzt haben. Über die schmale Treppe ist etwas Kletterei erforderlich. Das Appartement hat ein gut funktionierendes Klimagerät, was auch nötig war. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich würde mich einem Vorgänger hier anschliessen: Auf der Dachterrasse wurde es bereits vormittags sehr heiss und ein Sonnenschirm wäre super gewesen.

Charming apartment with excellent location. Close to the sea, main square, restaurants. Roof top was amazing.
Some of the equipments are pretty old. Bathroom smells bad.

It is well situated 6-10min walk from the beach. The roof top terrasse is really nice. Well equipped apartment.

Beautiful old style 1 bedroom apartment. Fully equipped. The staff were very good and accommodating.
The air-conditioning did not work. Were on top floor. With open staircase, and living area. One air-conditioner was not enough to cool whole area, especially with hot conditions.

Comfy bed, big south-facing terrace. Good location, a few minutes walk to the main square. As I mentioned to our interlocutor when leaving, if the heating and terrace were sorted, this would be the perfect apartment in Piran, which is gorgeous and well worth visiting.
Cold at night as the heaters aren't very effective - no central heating. The terrace needs shelter like a parasol or awning, as even in mid April it was too hot to sit out and read. Iron, but no ironing board, which meant we had to use the table, which got damaged despite using towels and bed linen, and we had to pay for - at a reduced rate thanks to the manager. I fully accept responsibly for the damage, but ironing board really should have been provided from the beginning and not just on request.
