Lasenta Boutique Hotel Hoian

The pool was amazing and was very warm. My son really enjoyed it and it was very safe for the little one could waddle on his own with me looking on from the side. The room was excellent, really clean and location was very central to the beach.

There was nothing that we didn't like and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our need.

Breakfast arrangment was very limited... Didn't like it

The breakfast buffet was not huge but it was excellent. Leo on reception was a standout. He helped me with a special request and was always smiling and attentive.

This hotel is great value and in a great location away from the crazy centre. I got a decoration welcoming package for my sister for her birthday! Flowers, cake and room were fabulous. I didn't like my room originally on the 2nd floor so I changed to one on the 6th floor and paid a bit extra and it was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Room cleaned each day with fresh water. Hotel is in a great location with many spas, shops and food nearby without going all the way into town each night. Courtesy bus is great into town. Walk is about 15 min. I recommend if you are staying here go for rooms on the 5th and 6th floor.

Pool was a bit warm and appeared dirty but unsure if this was the tile colour. It is cold first thing in the morning then heated up, which is common for pools in August. Some common areas of the hotel could have been a bit cleaner (lifts etc).
