Immerso in Fire Island, questo attraente casa a 702 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Casa a due piani, con camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli al piano superiore e una camera per gli ospiti al piano inferiore, con un letto per due persone. House è stata ristrutturata dieci anni fa con nuovi rivestimenti, tetto, finestre, ventilatori a soffitto e lucernari. Il ponte avvolgente circonda la casa con più aree salotto per la privacy individuale mentre si osservano gli uccelli e il giardino. House ha una doccia esterna meravigliosa e potente accanto al ripostiglio. All'interno, ha un bagno completo con vasca e doccia al piano inferiore e un mezzo bagno con wc e lavandino al piano superiore. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Ha anche tre caffettiere, un forno a microonde, un tostapane e una varietà di frullatori. Cenare al coperto ha 8 posti a sedere oppure è possibile cenare o pranzare all'aperto al tavolo all'aperto che può ospitare 8 persone. Ventilatori a soffitto e lucernari aperti conferiscono alla casa un'atmosfera ventilata che batte il caldo estivo, superiore alla maggior parte dell'aria condizionata. All'esterno è disponibile una griglia per barbecue per la maggior parte della cottura. Abbiamo Dish TV con Netflix e Amazon, un sistema stereo e Internet FIOS ad alta velocità. Cinque biciclette per adulti sono disponibili anche presso la casa custodita nel capannone. Il nostro blocco è uno dei migliori isolati in Ocean Bay Park poiché siamo proprio accanto a Seaview e al suo primo isolato, rendendo la spiaggia meno affollata rispetto alla maggior parte dei blocchi di spiaggia in OBP. we had a great time - weather was fantastic, grilled most nights, 3 minute walk to ocean... green, flower filled deck space with birds & butterflies... great spot to capture the Fire Island vibe... just chill.

Myself and five friends spent the weekend at Frank and Mara’s and it was perfect! We enjoyed being so close to a beautiful beach and walking distance to many places to eat. The house was cozy and a great home base to explore the island. Frank came to get us from the ferry and gave us a number of helpful recommendations. We’d definitely return!

This was a perfect location. The garden is adorable. Sitting out there in the mornings bird watching and smelling the sweet flowers was so nice. Just a short walk to the beach too. We had the most wonderful time.

The house was exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for. It’s open and comfortable. We loved the different outdoor deck spaces, the beautiful gardens, and the outdoor shower! Quiet location with an old Fire Island feel. Easy back and forth to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Frank’s home is quite lovely- the pictures do not do it justice at all. We were a small group of women getting together to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everything about our stay was easy from booking to checkout, and Frank was so helpful in getting us situated- he made us feel welcome and right at home from the beginning. Location is great- steps to the beach, a short walk to OB and close enough to everything fun in OBP-but not TOO close for comfort! I would love to come back and stay again, anytime.

Everything you could need in the kitchen. Outdoor shower was the only shower working but actually quite enjoyed it!!! Frank met us at the ferry and gave us the grand tour. Even pulled a wagon full of our stuff on a very hot day!

We spent a week at the house. it was perfect for what we wanted. 1 block from beach, 1 block from bay . a small local town nearby and a 10 minute bike ride to the more busy congested part of the island. Our friends and family enjoyed cooking together in the open kitchen area that was well supplied. the multiple decks allowed us to really relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!
Great location, easy to get to and access the beach and the town. Just wish we had realized that there was no air conditioning as we were stayed there in the middle of a heat wave.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Bay Park
This was our second stay at Frank and Mara's house — like last time we had a wonderful time. We love the spaciousness of the house, the garden and outdoor lounge areas, the outdoor shower, and the proximity to the beach. Frank and Mara are superb hosts. The house has bikes and is a short walk or bike-ride away from Seaview and Ocean Beach.

Short, but perfect stay
Only stayed for 2 nights, but it was perfect. House has a great breeze from windows, so no need for air conditioning. The bikes were great to have to ride to store or dinner. Really short easy walk to beach. Would loved to have stayed longer!

An Amazing Getaway
We absolutely loved staying at Frank's. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor shower is sublime, get the most amazing water pressure, and the hot water lasted through 6 back to back showers. The beach in this part of the island is amazing. Close proximity to ocean beach, we had so much fun going out at the bars there. There is no AC in the house but there are a lot of fans and skylights so the airflow was great, we were never uncomfortably hot at night.

Great stay in Ocean Bay Park
This house was great, with a perfect layout for our group. Very airy and open feeling. Loved the deck and garden which is a magnet for butterflies. 5 minute walk to beach along one of Fire Island's lovely wooden walk ways. Great beach. Easy walking and biking to Ocean Beach and many restaurants.

Perfect Week on Fire Island
Frank was extremely helpful and accommodating, and his home was a dream to spend a week in. The kind of place that you’re happy to spend time hanging around in if the weather doesn’t go your way. I hope to visit again.

Lovely house but brutal with no a/c in the 90 degree heat
Really nice house perfect for a family (layout does not provide lot of privacy so would be tough for unrelated adults/families to share upstairs). No a/c In house made for a very uncomfortable day/night during extreme heat.

Ocean Bay Park Getaway
Frank met us at the entranceway to his home and graciously helped us bring our belongings in. We arrived a little early and he was able to accommodate us which was helpful. Especially since we have 2 young kids (8 year old twins). Place was very clean and spacious. We liked the loft layout since we were all able to sleep in the same general area yet have space. The kids enjoyed that. Outdoor shower was really nice and powerful. All beach necessities were provided like chairs, umbrellas, towels, games, boogie boards, etc..About a 2 minute walk to the beach - if that. Beach was very quiet at that part of the island which was nice considering the times.
We grilled almost every night and it felt like a home away from home - in the middle of nowhere. Washer/Dryer in the shed which was well utilized.
We plan to go back again possibly later this summer if we can fit it in.

Lovely beach house
This house was super charming with lots of natural light and windows. The house came with bikes, beach towels and beach chairs make it really convenient. The deck has beautiful flowers all around. The house is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The owners are super responsive and kind.

Great beach getaway!
We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay with our 3 young children. Frank met us at the ferry dock and got us acquainted with all the home’s amenities upon arrival. We all felt comfortable right away and aside from buying food at the markets, everything needed was provided (bikes, beach gear, great kitchen equipment, wifi, netflix, board games and library)! The location is walking / biking distance to just about anything you want or need on Fire Island. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Communication with Frank was great and he was very responsive. The house was clean and in a great location. The house is nice for adults and families with older children; I’d caution with young children, however, since the upstairs is essentially a loft with two bedrooms and no doors.

Great weekend in fire island!
Frank was a great host. He greeted us when we got off the ferry with a wagon which was so kind! The house was great, exactly as described. Had a wonderful weekend in Fire Island with my group of girlfriends. Would gladly stay here again.

Charming house! Wonderful vacation!
We (family of four) had a great time on our summer vacation at Frank's house. The property has everything you might need for a relaxing and pleasent stay. House itself is charming and located within a close proximity to the beach in a quiet part of the Fire Island. There is plenty of space inside. Three ceiling fans and plenty of windows create a very comfortable breeze inside. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything a family of four might need.
Outside there is a nice deck with plenty of space, a beautiful garden and a few areas with good shade to stay on a beach chair for an afternoon nap. There is outdoor shower, body boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and four nice fat tire bikes available for the guests. We've made a daily use of the bikes going food shopping, taking nice trips around the island during the day or biking to the restaurants at night.
The beach near the property is quite gorgeous and does not have the day crowds like many other beaches on Fire Island.
Communication with the owner was very pleasant. He responded almost instantly to our requests and questions.
Overall we had a five star experience and will be happy to come back next year.

Great house in a great location!!
Just got back from a girls getaway and the house was perfect! So close to the beach, restaurants and bars! Frank was so great to work with and the house was very clean, looking forward to staying again!!

Simply beautiful, clean, well-situated and well-equipped.
We loved staying here. Probably better for families as opposed to two couples and a friend because loft level upstairs is not so private. Outside shower is one of the best showers any of us has been in ever. Bicycles and beach accoutrement very convenient. Wished for air conditioning when it rained, otherwise breezy and comfortable.

The house was amazing! The landscape was amazing and so relaxing!
The owners, Frank and Mara, were simply amazing! They were so nice and met us at the ferry and helped us with all of our belongings for the days we would be there. The was beautiful and amazing. It was such a pleasure to stay there and so relaxing even though the house are semi close it still felt as if we were miles away from everyone since the landscape provides the privacy. The house was fully functioning and my group and I definetly over packed with thinking we needed plates and such. Absolutely a wonderful time at the house! Would absolutely reccomend this house to anyone and I would absolutely rent the house again!!

Very Nice Family Trip
Our family of five enjoyed our stay at Frank & Mara's. Comfortable, clean, and the bikes were great. The grounds were quaint. The outdoor shower and water pressure was wonderful.
Quiet location, 2 min walk to the beach, and 1 mile walk to Ocean Beach.
Great to be back on Fire Island.

Weekend Getaway
Really cute house, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family weekend! The homeowner provided a wagon and 5 bikes, boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, which were all very much appreciated and saved us from having to bring our own.
