Questa esclusiva e nuovissima villa fronte spiaggia a 3 camere da letto a North Side, è stata splendidamente decorata con attrezzature e accessori all'avanguardia per il massimo del comfort e della convenienza.
Questa villa ultramoderna dal design elegante offre una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici, gadget e tutti i servizi necessari per preparare i propri pasti. Goditi l'open concept soggiorno e sala da pranzo dove potrai organizzare una cena intima, accomodarti nella zona giorno per rannicchiarti e leggere il tuo libro preferito o guardare un film sulla grande TV a schermo piatto. Dotato di 3 camere spaziose e arredate con gusto, il Master ha un letto matrimoniale, c'è anche un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera e due gemelli nel 3 che possono essere convertiti in un re su richiesta. All'esterno puoi goderti la piscina privata e il barbecue, insieme a due kayak che ti invitano ad esplorare l'oceano scintillante dietro una barriera corallina che abbonda di un meraviglioso mondo sottomarino.
Situato sulla costa nord di Grand Cayman che è sempre benedetto con dolci brezze marine, è solo a pochi minuti di auto da un piccolo centro commerciale, con negozio di alimentari e ristoranti. Il famoso Cayman Kai / zona Rum Point (che ha ristoranti, bar e sport d'acqua) è a soli 10 minuti di auto, mentre George Town (città principale) e l'aeroporto sono circa 35 minuti di auto.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Esprit. I'm VERY picky when it comes to cleanliness of vacation homes and this home was absolutely spotless! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including trash bags, soaps, paper towels, etc, which isn't always the case with some companies. We had a small problem with the pool not filtering and the pool guy was by the next day to fix it with no further issues. We had all the outdoor supplies we could hope for including life jackets, snorkels and fins, and pool toys. Plenty of comfortable seating by the pool and beach and the outdoor access bathroom was a lifesaver with wet kids! One minor thing that could have improved our stay is the second bedroom mattress wasn't very comfortable but I was so tired by the end of the day I hardly noticed.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Two couples traveling together. Plenty of room and can’t beat the views. Snorkeling right off our own beach then into our little pool. Near fun spots on Rum Point and Kiabo. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Which we did a number of times during our stay. Be sure to grocery shop before you come out to the house from the airport. Fosters in Savannah is a good option.

Very clean property and well appointed. Pool was integral to our choosing this property. Upon Saturday arrival the pool clearly needed attention. Emailed Cayman Villas and they said it would be Monday until pool could be serviced. On Monday pool was vacumned but debris remained on the surface and was suspended at different levels in the water. Pool pump circulation was extremely week to nonexistent so skimmer simply did not work. I called the Property Manager and she told me all was good. We waited till Tuesday morning and I called Property Manager again. She complained that she would be charged if the pool folks came back out to check but said she would call the Pool person and call me back. That was the last I heard from her during my trip and the pool issue was never addressed. The microwave stopped heating on Wednesday and I called and emailed her. No response. So Tuesday morning was the last time the Property Manager spoke to me. Trying one last time on Wednesday it appeared the house phone was blocked by the Propery Manager. Phone showed no missed calls from Tuesday morning till Saturday checkout. As a result of the skimmer not working properly a significant amount of floating and suspended debris, to include insects, stayed in the pool for our entire visit. The two ladies in our party never entered the pool so choosing the house for the pool did not pay off.

Villa Esprit was awesome as was Mitzy, who managed the property. The Villa was clean, modern and well equipped (kitchen, beach towels, kayaks, snorkel gear, etc). Perfect for our family of 4. Beach access was unbeatable and the views were fantastic. Overall 5 stars for Villa Esprit and Grand Cayman. Would recommend both and will very likely be back myself.
