Very good communication with the staff - quick response time, very flexible scheduling, responsive. Perfect cleanliness, as if the hotel had just opened yesterday. Fresh air, bright and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast, a wide selection of teas, chocolate drinks, and juices. In the kids’ corner, a large selection of toys - high-quality toys, dolls. The dolls look new, clean, and well-dressed, as if just taken out of the shopping box.

Almost everything.
Our bedroom windows were right beside busy street and cars and motorcycles were driving very often, it was really loud. Windows were open due to summer but with windows closed there was no air. This was the only minus for this place.

Our host was extremely nice and the room was large and well appointed.
The breakfast options didn’t suit our taste

great location, easy to find. the whole 2nd floor was for us - very spacious, had our own bathroom and a dining table.
the water in the shower was not going away, the breakfast was weird, more like lunch and the interrior was a bit weird as well

"La gentilezza della signora la cura della struttura e l'attenzione agli ospiti.
L'arredamento, pur semplice, è curato nei particolari e nelle stanze non manca nulla.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
