Breakfast was superb, enters into the fine dining category. Lovely fresh fruit with thick Greek yogurt, and well cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, delicious.
We had dinner, which was also very good. Fabulous deserts.
In the room scones were laid out, with range of drinks, including a sloe gin tipple and sweets. Very unexpected in a one night bed and breakfast. I certainly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery, just off the A1 on a quiet country lane. A welcoming inn with wonderful friendly, happy staff. Beautiful decor in all the bedrooms and public rooms. We stayed for two days with breakfasts and evening meals.
Plenty of excellent choices for breakfast and dinner. The dinners we had were 5* cooked perfectly and delicious. We can't recommend this inn enough.

Lovely location for us to explore the area. We were made to feel welcome by our hosts. Comfy rooms. Lovely extra touches with sloe gin and cake (yum yum). The breakfast and food was fantastic. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you.
