L'architettura isolana di questa casa si basa naturalmente sull'incredibile vista sull'oceano e sul paesaggio tropicale. Ogni camera da letto e spazio abitativo dispone di ampie finestre e porte in vetro che invitano gli spazi aperti a permettervi di godervi senza problemi l'ampio lanai con la comodità della casa. E ti godrai i materassi nuovi di zecca e la pittura aggiornata.
La casa dispone di quattro Master Suite, tutte con il proprio bagno privato e sono uniche nel loro design e flare. Tutte le camere sono dotate di televisione, letti king size e vista sull'oceano. (Un letto king size può essere separato in due letti singoli su richiesta e a pagamento). E un vero differenziatore: puoi goderti una buona notte di sonno con l'aria condizionata a zone che copre l'intera casa.
La master suite è l'unica camera da letto al piano di sopra. E 'ben arredato e un posto meraviglioso per godersi la vista della baia di Kailua fuori del suo privato, grande lanai. E il bagno principale, con vasca e doccia, è pura eleganza!
La cucina gourmet è grande e bella e un posto meraviglioso per intrattenere, oltre a essere un sogno da chef! L'esclusivo design circolare e i soffitti alti si prestano a un'aperta sensazione di creativit�� per preparare quel pasto perfetto e godersi quei ritrovi con la famiglia e gli amici. Ci sono punti ristoro al coperto e all'aperto con grandi tavoli, ognuno con 8 posti a sedere. Ci sono ulteriori posti a sedere sgabello da cucina dell'isola.
Ci sono un sacco di aree lanai sia al sole o coperte per godere della splendida vista in tutte le direzioni con diverse sdraio e sedie a sdraio. Sia che tu stia godendo del tempo da "me" o trascorrendo del tempo con amici e familiari, c'è sempre qualcosa di incredibile da vedere, come splendidi giardini con splendide viste sull'acqua, favolose viste sull'oceano e una piscina che ti lascerà senza fiato!

This place is absolutely amazing. Location is great, ocean view is lovely from the home.
4 adult couples stayed here and we had a great amount of space. Bedrooms are lovely. All have proper showers not like the one photo. I was nervous about the one with the hand held but it was renovated to a lovely stand up. Only thing is the pool is very cold. It would be nice if they spent money for a solar pool heat system. The hot tub is on a timer so you need to turn it on and it’s only hot during the hours of 4-10 pm.
Kitchen is huge and well equipped.
Great places and great communication with the concierge David was amazing. He helped us book whale watching and night snorkeling with Mantas. Answered all questions we had before and during our stay.

The place is very well equipped. We have everything we needed. The only minor issue is the two bedroom is outside the main house. Would be more convenient if it is together. We have young children and wouldn’t let them go out without adult because of the swimming pool. Will stay here again

Outstanding property for our family to celebrate an important anniversary. There was plenty of room, a fabulous view, lovely outside space with a pool, and hot tub, and very comfortable beds. Everything was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was as advertised and worked perfectly for four adults and two young children. The few minor repair issues were addressed immediately. We would return on another occasion.

We had an overall amazing stay at this beautiful home. I would stay here again if we ever come back. The only issues we had with the home were minor. We are very easy going and try not to sweat the small things. I would wake up to that beautiful view everyday of my life. It really was a dream home. We loved our welcome gifts and wanted to say thank you for being so thoughtful. 10 out of 10 would recommend this property for anyone looking for a dream trip. I just want to warn you that two of the bed rooms have what we believe were double beds that we strapped together for couples. The two couples that were staying in those rooms had a little trouble with them separating. Other then that the bedroom set ups were great for the three sets of couples that were on the trip. Again, it was a great location.

The property was amazing, the location quite and within a few miles of everything. The ocean view from the master br room was beautiful. The house easily supported 8 adults. There was plenty of space, kitchen utensils, tv,s, etc. If there was anything I would add to this already beautiful property is a powder room in the main part of the house as it would make it more convenient when folks are enjoying each other company but need to run off to their expected to room to use the facilities.

Fabulous property inside and out. 4 spacious mater suites. Huge, well-stocked kitchen. Lovely furnishings throughout. Best feature is the extensive outdoor covered spaces for entertaining, dinning or just lounging, all with wonderful ocean views. We are already planning on coming back next year.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation together. The grand kiddos loved swimming in the poo;. The views of the ocean were spectacular. We ate most of the meals at the house and loved the kitchen layout. Great Vacation thank-you!

We stayed for a week at this beautiful home in Keauhou. The house is big with four separate suites and lots of sitting areas on lanais (there seemed to be as much outdoor space as inside!). The kitchen is really big so lots of room for cooking - could use some more essentials (cooking implements, bakeware) for such a large home. The dishwasher needs to be serviced or consider replacing. Be advised that the oven takes a looooong time to preheat.
We were warned by other reviewers that the pool was COLD and they were not wrong. Only my determined 12-year old braved the pool. What was annoying was that the hot tub heater is on a timer to only function from 4-8 PM and it takes a couple of hours to actually heat up, so the usability of the hot tub is extremely limited. This was a disappointment to us.
Other than those issues, the house is lovely and the layout made for a very pleasant stay for our party of three adults and two teens.

The house was great. Was a little concerned about 2 bedrooms not part of the main house but it actually was a perfect setting. Me (grandma) had the master suite and 2 grandchildren (ages 11 & 14) stayed in the guest room that has 2 twins. Both daughters & 1 son-in-law stayed in the 2 bedrooms not part of the main house and they loved it. Each room had their own bathroom, bedroom fans (which is a must for me) & T.V.'s in all the rooms. Patio was our main sitting area and PLENTY of comfortable seating. Pool was great too, I am not a pool person and I even went into it for a swim. Kitchen is very large, had plenty of utensils & 3 different coffee makers. We definitely did not bump into each other in this kitchen. Location was perfect, easy to find when you follow their directions. All in all, I highly recommend this property and if I come back with my family, I would definitely book it again.

Great home for 6 to 8 people!! Fantastic location.
We had 6 adults, in this big home we had plenty of room where we could all be together or be apart when wanted. Beautiful home, great kitchen and ability to cook/grill and enjoy the outside patios and pool. Great location and overall a 5 star experience. We had a couple small issues and the property management team were outstanding to work with.

Beautiful Home in Paradise
My husband and I together with two other couples spent a week in this beautiful, well appointed home. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own individual space and plenty of space for us to gather. We especially enjoyed all of the different spaces outside. The kitchen is very large and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The home is in a gated community so we felt incredibly safe. After the initial check-in at the gate, it was a breeze getting in and out of the property. Two of the bedrooms are accessed from the outside (next to the pool). Certainly not a problem with adults but may pose a problem if traveling with children. The pool isn't heated but was warm enough to enjoy as long as the sun was out. You will definitely need a car as shopping, restaruants and beaches are too far to access on foot.

Couples vacation
We were 4 couples staying for 2 weeks of relaxation and golf. Plenty of room for 8 people to spread out, the lanai and outdoor dining area is excellent. Pool is great. Kitchen well appointed. All 4 bedrooms are good. Property manager very responsive. Surprisingly quiet for being situated on the corner. No common powder room, though, so if you have guests, as we did, they have to use one of the bathrooms attached to a bedroom.

Relaxing at Keauhou
Beautiful property with many amenities which was perfect for a relaxing week with the family in the Kona area. Hope to return again soon. One side note is that the pool is a bit cool for mid October swimming as it is shaded for most of the day. But otherwise - perfect.

Great stay on the big island
I went with my family of 4 and we all had a great time! The outdoor space at the house was amazing - we spent most of our time out there when we were around the house. The pool was huge, and there was even a hot tub (it isn't mentioned in the description, but the small tub next to the pool is a hot tub). The sunset views were great. As seen in the pictures, the house is basically all outside if you open all of the large sliding doorways, but we only did that the first day as we noticed a lot of bugs got into the house. It still felt very spacious and open even with the doors closed. I'd say the only downside of the house was that it was so beautiful that we did a bit less exploring of the big island than we otherwise would have since no one wanted to leave!

Outdoor space can't be beat
Beautiful house but I would not recommend it for small children. You walk across a bridge over the pool to access 2 of the bedrooms. I'm used to finding some basic provisions in the kitchen. There were none, not even salt and pepper. There were only 2 beach chairs, a third was broken. Lots of snorkel equipment and boogie boards. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time outside on the ample lounge and seating areas.

It was great to be able to congregate in the large kitchen and common areas, but then escape to your room for a little privacy. We spent most of our time in the outdoor pool/lanai area, which was very spacious and well furnished. I highly recommend this property for larger groups!

House of Joy lives up to its name!
Great house! It was lovely and we had such a nice time. It was big enough so that everyone could spread out when they wanted to - both indoors and outside. Beautiful view of the Kona sunsets! We're hoping to come back again.

We loved the layout of the property, open lanai, lots of different seating areas, light and bright rooms, and the ocean view is spectacular. We spent 90% of our time outside in the beautiful yard/lanai. The property is quiet and private (gated community), but very close to shopping and beaches (5-15 minutes).
