Great breakfast!

I really like the place, big aprtament, nic packing space, quiet, clean, comfy. Ideal for what I wanted. WiFi and tv in the apartament. It really had all i needed. Close to places to visit, for food and so on. Super welcoming owner.

Unfortunately neighbours dog barked all night.

The lovely elder couple who own this house. Very kind and helpful, but they speak no English.

VERY BIG problem locating this place. Their address info says "Localita Maiano 46" but actually the street they are on is called via Fosso della Posta, 46. I am sending you a photo of the street sign. The house is in the Maiano district, about 7 km from the Spoleto rail station. Take bus C to the stop by the local Post Office (Poste Italiane) and walk another 700 meters or so to Fosso della Posta, on the right. From the main road it is an easy 150 metres to house number 46. I walked 4-5 miles with baggage in hot midday sun trying to find the incorrect street. No one I spoke to could help me. Another problem is that if you return late, they have closed the iron gates, I had to jump over the fence to get it. I think they tried to explain in Italian that there is a button to click on the key ring that opens the gate, but not sure. . .This needs to be explained in English ! Even Google maps was not helpful when one enters the info "Localita Maiano, 46".
