Good hotel located right in front of the central park. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is buffet and having it on the terrace is especially enjoyable, with a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have balconies. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel also has a lovely garden, a swimming pool, and a large private parking area, which is a great convenience in Kobuleti. Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and comfortable facilities.

The hotel is very clean and quite modern, there is a great swimming pool in the backyard and a large parking lot behind the hotel. The staff is incredibly polite and courteous, the food in the restaurant is excellent, the breakfast was very tasty. And it is important that this hotel, compared to the others, is really good, since I usually try to choose small family hotels, since large hotels usually have many disadvantages, but the Garden specifically showed service at a high level. I am accustomed to European levels of comfort, so I can say that the price-quality ratio here matches what is stated. I really hope that I will have the opportunity to come to Kobuleti again and stay in Garden.

The older rooms downstairs have a problem with water leaking in the bathroom and the shower thresholds need to be repaired. Russian tourists are very noisy and arrogant, and tourists in general make a lot of noise around the clock. The hotel is located in the center, so if the windows overlook the park, be prepared for loud music at night. The soundproofing was quite good and I was able to sleep without any noise from other rooms. However, if you are a very sensitive sleeper, prepare earplugs or choose a room with windows overlooking the courtyard and pool.

Мы остановились на одну ночь. Отель расположен в самой тусовочный части города. Очень шумное место. Рядом центральный парк, рестораны, дискотеки. Музыка играла до 5 утра. Для тех кто ищет такое расположение этот отель будет кстати. Мы не были к этому готовы, с маленьким ребенком. До моря 3 мин, через парк. Днем в этом расположении хорошо. Красивый парк, игровые зоны для детей, высокие сосны, но не ночью. В отеле есть бассейн. Достаточно большой, вода чистая. Поплавать не удалось. На самом верхнем этаже кафе (проходили завтраки) с красивым видом. Есть своя автомобильная парковка.

Сам номер не большой. Есть балкон с видом на парк. В номере пахло ни то сыростью, ни то канализацией. Стоял какой-то неприятный запах. К моменту выселения из номера мы задержались минут на 15 - ребенок спал. Достаточно громко в дверь постучала горничная и грубо сказала - ваш румтайм.
