It's very nice and clean
Check out they're pushing too much

It was convenient and Maryam was helpful and friendly, responsive to our needs, she helped us check in earlier that the expected time which was appreciated
The location was an 8-11 minutes drive to the center or other nearby attractions like freedom square and other places, it was over an hour walk
The stairs were old and the building generally needed renovations as well as the elevator
The walls were not soundproof and we woke up a couple of times late at night to the sound of loud music from the neighbors but once we addressed the matter to Maryam it stopped
