Location was fantastic for us, near but not too near myeongdong with bus services and subway just right outside
Gym was quite small, toilet quite dated, swimming pool requires a swimming cap

The staff is super friendly and helpful
Hotel amenities are very nice
Location is great
I didn’t like that when they clean the room they don’t change the bed sheet and their cleaning isn’t the best job

Great hotel, huge beds and bathrooms with all amenities. Very nice staff, we had forgotten a backpack on the bus from the airport and they helped us with calling the Bus company and getti g it back in 30 min. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Tee and coffee as well as water and juice offered. Close to the metro and the main shopping district.
Nothing to mention. It was a great stay.

Location and the consierge lady who gave excellent service
The room was very small. In booking it said extra large bed and view that we paid extra for and the room we first got had only a queen bed and view from a very small window. We came for 6 nights and didnt have room for our suitcases and stuff. The receptionist who checked us in was not nice and when we checked out we couldnt keep using the facilities even though our flight was later on that night. We are ING club members and were very disappointed with this hotel.

"Great location and lovely hotel. Like most IHG hotels you know what to expect. This is walking distance to the shopping malls and markets. Next door is a burger king and the hotel offer a korean buffe..."
