Casa 5 camere da letto / 2 bagni recentemente rinnovata con terrazza, grill e piano piano aperto. Ottima sistemazione per famiglie con 3-4 bambini o 2 famiglie più piccole. Al piano superiore ha 3 camere da letto, bagno completo e spazio di vita. Al piano inferiore ha 2 camere da letto, bagno completo e spazio di vita. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia privata nella piccola comunità dell'associazione spiaggia. Vicino a Mystic, Niantic, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, Mitchell College, USGCA, Connecticut College, Harkness State Park e US Naval Museum / Sub Base.

The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen was great it was easy to cook breakfast for my group. Every living space had heating and air conditioning so it was very easy to reach a comfortable temperature. This was excellent for the two families that stayed. Very close to Niantic and New London, takes less than 20 minutes to reach the cross sound ferry.

Responsive host. Beautiful private beach nearby. There was also toys available for kiddos! Clean house and spacious to host many.

The property is well suited for a two family stay and for the little travelers as well. The kitchen was one of the better stocked units we have rented and appreciated the extra touches. The area was quiet, safe and very friendly. We would recommend this unit for its value and amenities.

We were impressed with the number of amenities, groceries/snacks, towels, washcloths, and every other "just in case" items. We enjoyed the fact that we could cook absolutely anything, given the well-appointed kitchen. It's as though you thought of everything! We also enjoy being in a house with artwork and being so close to the beach.
