Stylish townhome- Close to the glorious Rehoboth Beaches
Vita semplice ed elegante vicino alle famose spiagge del Delaware. Ampio, confortevole e moderno soggiorno al suo meglio. Questa bella 3 camere da letto, 3. 5 residenza di città del bagno accomoda fino a 6 persone (+) con prossimità vicina a tutta questa spiaggia meravigliosa che la città ha da offrire; cucina raffinata, shopping outlet, sport d'avventura, noleggio di biciclette e scooter e naturalmente la meravigliosa spiaggia di Rehoboth! A pochi minuti in bicicletta o in auto dal centro di Rehoboth, dal famoso lungomare e dalle spiagge! La residenza cittadina si trova appena fuori la Route 1 a Rehoboth, ed è situata sul lato della spiaggia, senza strade importanti da attraversare quando è il momento di rilassarsi, più tempo per sedersi e godersi il sole. Guarda tu stesso e divertiti!

Very clean with many amenities. Very close to the boardwalk and other attractions in Rehoboth. Private parking. House is located in a small cul-de-sac on a dead end road and yet very close to Rt 1. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice.The host was responsive and easy to work with and communicated well with us.We definitely would stay here again.

It is a very nice property close to everything Rehobeth has to offer. Well appointed, clean, and modern. The host was very accommodating of our schedule.

This property was clean, beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. Not your usual rental quality accommodations - the kitchen and appliances in particular are great quality. The decor is beautiful and the home has clearly been set up for ease of use - all the furnishings were easy to clean and the clutter-free decor was warm but also made it easy to live comfortably for a week. Great porches make the home feel like there’s even more space than meets the eye.Homeowner is incredibly responsive and accommodating, and I felt we could reach them and get a quick response easily. They were great hosts and clearly enjoy hosting. The location is tucked away in a spot you’d easily miss if you weren’t looking for it; we enjoyed this aspect as it was quiet and easy to access both great restaurants as well as downtown. We spent most of our time at Whisky and Deauxville Beaches, about an 8 minute drive away; walking or biking into town is possible. Recommend renting or bringing monitors and baby gates if you have young children, as the layout over three floors makes it a bit hard to contain little ones; however, we were prepared for this and felt quite comfortable as a family of 5 in this home. This layout would also be great for guests who want somewhat separate spaces, as the basement room/bathroom give guests privacy and keep them away from the noise of other parts of the house, and multiple decks could be used at once. Highly recommend this owner and property!
