Room has everything you need as an apartment, the fridge is spacious and really worked (stored some ice cream). The place was in great condition, new and clean. No room service entering the room everyday (they came maybe once a week) Parking has EV charging available, app was easy to download and use Close to convention center, as well as all the stores and restaurants nearby

First, the entrance has no proper space for unloading luggage and no personnel to assist. Then I was struggled to enter the facility as I was not accustomed to using the camera and card access door. I got instructions from the Marriott staff next door and people walking around to help me find check-in counter, which was on 4th floor. Once I found the staffs, everything went smoothly. So Instructions for check-in is definitely needed in email as this is not a regular hotel. Also a sign with clear instruction should have been sufficient at the gate. - Because of the foldable bed, the mattress was not that comfortable compared to regular 3-star hotel, needed extra pillows. - Thermostat was a bit advanced for average users, instruction to use might be helpful. - Since underground parking was shared with Marriott hotel, it can be quite crowded on weekends and the parking fee is pricey (45 euro/ night, paid at the machine, credit card was accepted)

Great location in Frankfurt if you are going to a concert. The breakfast was tasty, staff friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is situated in a really nice building at approximately 30 mins to city center by foot. It is well equipped with everything that you'd need, the rooms are not super big but for a couple of days you have everything you need.

While the room was cleaned, the sheets were changed, seemed like the dust hasn't been removed for quite some time. If you are allergic to dust it wasn't ideal.

excellent location, room is a good size for the price, kitchen is well equipped - except for a sink plug. In general the hotel is quiet except when you get the odd noisy guest, which can happen anywhere. The staff are generally very polite and helpful, when they are there.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years, however the quality has significantly deteriorated, since the last time we were there. The room was extremely dusty, the shower drain was block and the toiletries were almost empty or empty. we went to ring the reception about the shower being blocked, but the telephone was unplugged and it was quicker to try to solve the problem ourselves before the shower flooded. The breakfast is ok, but waffles and omelettes are advertised but we never saw waffles the 3 times we have stayed and it is difficult to get find the staff to make an omelette since they are always hiding in the back, same problem when I wanted to grab a quick coffee before check, but the machine was empty and I could not find/get the restaurant staff attention.
