Everything is great! We checked in during the night. The location is very convenient, and the owner is a very kind, polite, and warm-hearted person.
By the way, his son is also very well-mannered. In the evening, when we were walking with our suitcases, he offered to help us, but at the time we didn’t know that he was the same young man who would later knock on our door and bring us the extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets.
A huge heartfelt thank you! 🙏🏻❤️
One small downside, I would say, is that the bathroom feels a little cramped for me 😬. Also, the water doesn’t get hot immediately, and the water pressure is a bit weak. But it’s still perfectly possible to have a proper shower/bath.

We loved the cozy vibe of the apartment. The balcony is a great addition and the bedroom on the second floor is spacious. It was nice that both floors had air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent, it's in the heart of Belgrade.
The bathroom was awful, it was too tiny and reeked badly. The smell came straight from the sewer, these gases gave us headaches. The shower was always cold and had little to no water pressure. The toilet flushes poorly. The towels didn't have a clean smell and the beds don't have proper bedding, it's just a sheet of cloth on a naked mattress. Overall the cleanliness of the accommodation was below satisfaction and the bathroom needs an upgrade.
