Rok was very accommodating and flexible. Apple trees and grapevines on the property.

We liked everything.

Quiet/ sleepy scenic hamlet on outskirts of Kobarid. Set in relaxing alpine meadow valley floor, set back from main Kobarid to italian border road about 500m . Nice use of upstairs of main house, with back terrace BBQ and eating / dining area and large garden. Handy washing machine in garage. Small relaxing front portch seating area overlooking large garden and Mount Krn peak. Kitchen also has dining area. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in nearby Kobarid. Would like to stay here again but for longer - which kind of says it all really.

Not alot to moan about. Could do with a modern coffee maker and an electric kettle (small things only)

Beautiful and peaceful location not far from Kobarid and a gorgeous river to swim in only 10 minutes away. The apartment was a lot more spacious than we were expecting with a huge patio area with plenty of sun or shade, as well as a BBQ and outside lighting and mountain views. We enjoyed sitting here to eat. There is also a big garden with vegetables growing and fruit trees .

No fans or air conditioning . It was extremely hot when we were there so it was difficult to sleep at night. We needed sheets rather than duvets. Also if we had windows open at night all the insects including a hornet came in! I think it may have been unusual to have such hot weather.
