Our stay in Summer 2023 at the New W Hotel was amazing. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we experienced very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's kindness and politeness added a personal touch that made our stay feel more like visiting friends than being at a hotel.
Our room was beautifully designed, super clean and incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the bath provided an extra layer of luxury to our experience.
The outstanding service extended throughout the hotel. Whether the service during breakfast, support in visiting local recommendations (food, sightseeing, specials), or requesting assistance with our rented car, the staff consistently displayed professionalism and a genuine eagerness to enhance our stay. Especially the convenience of the rented car directly from the hotel was a fantastic addition to an already wonderful stay.
In summary, our time at the New W Hotel was simply outstanding. The ambiance, the service, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend the New W Hotel to anyone visiting Tirana.

Wir hatten das „Burberry“ Zimmer. Bettwanzen und Kakerlaken waren anscheinend Dauergäste und wurden als Geschenk verabreicht. Siehe Bilder!
Hier waren einfach nur Geldgeil und haben kein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt, nur weil die dazu noch 20€ haben wollten. In 20 Jaren Weltreisen habe ich so ein Dreckshotel nicht erlebt.

Große saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, Parkplatz direkt im Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig! Der Fußweg in die Stadt teilweise gefährlich, da keine Gehsteige und sehr dreckig.

I got to the hotel late and went straight to sleep, when I woke up I noticed that there was no towel and the bathroom door was broken. and the water in the shower tray fills up too fast, it almost floods the bathroom

the staff were friendly and attentive
the rooms were also nice and comfortable
the first day was everything right, when the room service came to my room just but the towels (used) in the right place (i know because they were wet and with marks of use and also find a cigarett on my table in breakfast

The breakfast was decent (toast, local bread, eggs, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yoghurt) nothing extra, but sufficient enough. The place was well lit with nice and modern interior. There were extra blanket and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are really friendly and warm, best hotel staff so far on my book.
Although the room is clean, I found a small insect on my bed. The location is not in the center and quite a distance from the bus station, about 25 minutes by foot. The interior was pleasantly good, but the exterior of the hotel appears under made.

The hotel was a 15 min walk from the centre. the owners of the hotel were on site and couldn’t do enough for you. this is a family run hotel and therefore the level of service reflected that. they organised a trip to the coast, airport transfers and were on hand to answer any questions we had. my room was incredibly spacious with a seating area and a patio. the bathroom was very modern. the room was cleaned daily.
the Wi-Fi was intermittent and I know the owners were working on improving the Wi-Fi.
breakfast was adequate but coffee and hot food did not keep hot and therefore was unappealing. the breakfast room should have been lighter and brighter and maybe in order to stop waste of food items such as eggs could have been cooked to order?

The breakfast needs more care, especially since it is very cold, and hot fried eggs are provided, as well as coffee and tea, the TV is out of service, there are no foreign channels

Lovely room with nice bathroom and large firm comfy bed. Hotel arranged collection from the Airport which took about 20mins. Great park opposite good for walks and food/drink. Easy walk into city centre. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Super clean everywhere.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The Manager, Edward, could not have been kinder or more helpful. He helped us navigate the city and would not take any tips. He arranged for us to get a driver to go to Kosovo, which was not an easy task. I highly recommend this hotel for non-Albanian speakers.

I like the style of the hotel—fun & very unique—and I really like the location, which includes moving views and is just the right distance to my favorite landmarks and commercial centers. Additionally—unforgettable and exceptionally impactful—is the truly spectacular ownership, who goes well above and beyond for its customers, which made me feel not only that their hotel was my home, but that it was the best version of a home I could imagine, in that it was unwaveringly warm, friendly, and helpful. Furthermore, both ownership and staff are authentic, and noticeably care about one another as people, learning to be the best they can together while having fun—sincerely a real, and happy family :-)
What could have been even better maybe (and I add this only because it's a requested part of Booking's review format)—maintaining and polishing existing infrastructure, cuisine perhaps—are already being worked on: (Maintenance) Owners and staff already voluntarily addressed items I might have but didn't get the chance to because they were already attentive to and addressing them; (cuisine) I know they just got a new chef/cook and I only wish my stay there was long enough to try him/her/them out!

The room was beautiful and had a great view of the city. The location is ideal for a quick trip to town and to find exciting places around.

I booked because the price was very good and the hotel is relatively new. The room itself is comfortable, but not so much with the breakfast area. Anyway we only stayed for one night in transit to other parts of Albania.
the location being away from the city centre and surrounding being quite unorderly and not clean; the breakfast

It is not right in the centre, but a nice 15 minute walk or a cheap bus ride.
