Very modern and spacious room, great view, clean, comfy bed, breakfast basket nice and reasonable price for the amount of food. walking distance to Schladming. Easy communication.
With dog fee, breakfast, linen fee etc the price per night is quite high but the equipment for it being an apartment very poor. We got half a roll of toilet paper (!) for 2 nights. There is no salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen. The spa area is quite small and was in our case mostly full of kids. For us it just wasn’t the right pick.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the facilities were great. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.
Nothing really. Everything was great and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The apartments have great potentials. they are spacious and well designed.
Good location, free parking and kind staff.
Despite the potential, equipment was not well maintained. Drawers falling apart, broken lamp and strange odor in one of our apartments. One of the biggest downsides was that the property was not providing any fans whatsoever to help with the heat. It’s near impossible to purchase fans in this area this time of the year and one would expect the property to provide at least one or two.
We also had a wasp nest on our apartment window which was handled properly but took some time.
