Ron met with us when we arrived. gave us tour of house. Ask us if we needed any recommendations of restaurants, entertainment, or events currently going on. we felt it was close to everything we wanted to see. Couple blocks up the road looked a little sketchy, but Ron's neighbor hood was calm and quiet. we come down to Nashville once or twice a year. Will try to stay here again. Thanks Ron

Yes, everything was great. The host showed great hospitality.

The property was occupied by the host when not being rented out. There were a few things that seemed fairly tacky to be present when staying. Like the family portraits in the master bedroom , the additional items of toiletries and personal belongs still in the bathrooms and closets. And there was a broken towel rack in the main bathroom. Therefore, no where to hang the towels in the bathroom. Additional, the back patio and front patio were not very clean as it showed in the photos. The overall stay was okay, we were informed by the Uber driver that this location was kinda a bad area. However, the host Ron did recommend a great place nearby to go eat. Thank you for the stay and information.
