es un departamento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estadía ideal, muy buen ubicado

nada

Perfect located and very well equiped flat. High quality furnitures, very good bed. Very clean. Good communication with owner.

Not a lot of direct sunlight, but this is normal in the old town in winter. Pretty thin walls.

struttura pulita, con mobili nuovi molto centrale e posizione strategica in Old Town. Accoglienza molto impeccabile e check in veloce ben organizzato

unica pecca, la scarsa visuale esterna delle finestre in quanto affaccia su un chiostro interno.

Location was great. Clean and fairly well equipped. Good size. Air conditioning. Quiet.

The amount of steps to the apartment and up to the bed need highlighting. 50 steps to get there and very steep steps up to bed. Any mobility issues would result in access being a nightmare. Even my very tall partner struggled with coming down the stairs in the night for the loo! We didn’t have any real day light as the only windows look right out to other properties and if the shutters were open then they’d see straight in. Extra pillows and duvet were provided but no covers. The toilet needs attention as it gets stuck filling up, clearly a known problem as there is an instructional sticker above it. Parking was a nightmare as Nice is very busy but we did find somewhere close by, had to move the car every day though. Instructions for picking up keys were a little vague and no name on the apartment doorbell as we were told there would be. Staff were not easily accessible all the time - bit hit and miss.
