very old bed sheets and towels, saw some cockroaches during the breakfast, the room was not cleaned during my stay and the hotel and my room were not clean in overall. At the second day of my stay my room door was open when I back from the walk, but nothing was stolen. The investigation didn’t show if it was problem with the door lock system or someone opened my room.

Such a lovely atmosphere and staff. Very very enjoyable stay, we really enjoyed the eco touches with water stations on each floor, and locally made soap/shampoo bars. Waffles at breakfast and good coffee were a plus!!

Great service. Sizeable rooms. The hotel car was good quality for Nepal compared to the local taxis - we used for airport pickups and also a tour of Bhaktapur

Location and facilities

Excellent location, courteous and cooperative staff and great room. I was upgraded to a huge room on the top floor providing access to a rooftop terrace. Overall a great experience. The breakfast was excellent and food choices and quality for lunch and dinner were great.

During power outages at night, sometimes the staff needed to be reminded to start the backup generator. I would expect the staff to be prompt in starting the generator.

Clean room and very helpful staffs

The electricity went off in our room a few times at night but the staff helped us sort it out asap.

Excellent hotel with excellent location at the city center. Extremely clean & comfortable and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Reception staff she made our trip more interest-ion with advice's trips about city. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was good and had option for vegetarian an Amazing hotel & good value for the money.

One of the best hotel in city I made last minute booking at this hotel and was right decision. Great location middle of Thamel many shops and Restaurant nearby. Nice hotel clean and very wide room 306 buffet breakfast lot's of choice. Staff are very friendly definitely coming back in future recommend The Address Kathmandu Hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Location is prime - smack in the middle of Thamel. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was good, pretty standard. Our room was amazing! It was on the 5th floor by the terrace. It was nice to step out to have a cup of coffee. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Additional info: Should you need a PCR test done, the hotel can arrange this for you and its done at the lobby itself. So convenient.

Great location great Hotel center of Thamel everything nearby. The staffs are very friendly and helpful breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The hotel provide red hot water after my trekking which was needed. The first impression that I like regarding this hotel while I booked immediately I got the mail and I picked up from an Airport which was complimentary one way from the hotel side. I would like to recommend this Hotel and I will defiantly come back.

. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Thamel, but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.😍They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well with buffet breakfast 🍳 And the main thing is it’s location.It is in the heart of Thamel.from the rooftop garden you can see the fantastic view of Kathmandu ❤️I recommend everyone to visit once when you go to Thamel 🙏

It was one of the best hotel stay at our travels around the world. Hotel staff exceeded our expectations like 200%. They are very welcoming, kind and are ready to fullfill any of your request. They treated us like family members and even invited us for the complimentary dinner on the last night. Those little things that make you feel special are why this hotel is so good. Room was also very good - very big and spacious, plentty of hot water, great Wifi, cleaning every day. You can find everything what needed in there - from slippers to extra blankets or pillows. Breakfast options are also great (great variety of hot foods and etc.). You can book your PCR test or transfer to airport withouth problems in the reception. It is in the heart of Thamel district and a loft of good place to eat, get a massage or spend a day shopping are in the hand reach.

No safety deposit boxes in room, although they said they have it when I asked via email. The bathroom was quite rundown.

This was my second time at the hotel. Got an upgrade again to the highest floor balcony room. The best part of this hotel is everything you need is in or around the hotel. Daily cleaning service which is top notch.The heating worked perfectly which was much needed in bitter cold winters. The room service is super quick, food is very tasty and reasonable and the staff serves every small request with a smile. Room size is larger than average options. Balcony looks over to a small lane. Very centrally located in thamel. Has elevators and helpful staff at service 24x7. Breakfast included was plentiful and tasty. WiFi is fast and easy to connect. Location is perfect if you don’t mind narrow lanes and the hustle around. Close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and clubs.
