Spacious, good to chat with other guests

The heater of the shower was installed directly on the shower. When I tried to adjust the water during the shower, I got electric shock which was so scary because I was entirely wet.

Food options for breakfast were limited, but what was offered was good. Bar top roof was great. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A little noisey at night as was situated between two lumber yards that worked late. Needs a sign on the road entrance and main gate. (Our drivers had trouble locating it).

The room is big and some of the staff really nice.

I arrived in the morning knowing my room might not be ready, but the reception experience was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with seemed bothered by my presence and offered no hospitality—not even a glass of water or a suggestion on where I could wait. After a quick phone call, I was simply told to wait until 12:00 PM. In the end, I wasn't given my room until 1:30 PM. Furthermore, the property charges extra for card payments, forcing me to walk 15 minutes away just to find a place to exchange cash.. ​"The room was decent, but the lack of air conditioning made it nearly impossible to sleep. Keeping the windows open for air resulted in a significant amount of dust entering the room. Furthermore, as a non-smoker, I found the smell of cigarettes on the linens and in the room very unpleasant. ​Regarding the 'included' breakfast, the timing didn't work for early tours, and the hotel was unable to provide a natural coffee on my last day. Since there are no cafes nearby, I was left without options. Overall, the location is quite isolated and not very convenient."
