Totul a fost peste așteptări. Locatia curata și utilata. Terasa mare cu priveliște frumoasa. Loc de parcare la locație. Aproape de magazine și de locurile de vizitat în Umbria și Toscana.

I would recommend to pay more attention to the cleaning of the house. Specially to remove the dust. And would change the kitchen pans

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The terrace is fantastic and very well furnished. The check in and check out very easy and flexible. Really nice place to relax and enjoy nature.

Great for dog owners - secure and gated outdoor area, outdoor kennel, bowls for water. However there are not many places to take your dog for a walk, especially at dark hours. Beautiful terrace with new furniture. Parking in front of the property (although it's not secured). Excellent communication from the host!

Property wasn't as clean as we expected (e.g. spider cobs on the walls). Bed, or to be precise - the mattress, wasn't comfortable at all. Maybe good for one or two nights stay, but not longer. No air conditioner. The apartment is smaller than in the photos because the ground floor was closed due difficulty to sanitise it and it smelled mouldy. So you can effectively use only the first floor. Small kitchen with living room, bedroom and shower - and the washing machine downstairs. However, I don't think that ground floor would make a stay in this apartment much more comfortable even if it was fully available. More information on that front in the listing would have been useful. The location was also somewhat disappointing - nowhere to go for a walk, and the closest stores or restaurants only reachable by a car.

Great stay clean big house, nice kitchen everything you need for a good stay.
