The property was stylish and clean. It smelled nicely

The security at the entrance were too serious they were scary.

Location, location, location. Spacious, stylish, comfortable and clean ! Supermarkets, restaurants are all within walking distance - closest supermarket 2minute walk. The friendly housekeeper is an added bonus.

Excellent location! Well equipped unit and managing agent is very responsive and assists promptly. Everyday cleaning service is a big plus. Unit is a fantastic size and is great for a long stay.

No aircons in the bedrooms, but fans are provided which were sufficient, although it wasn't the hottest time of year when we stayed.

Overall our stay was pleasant, it was a nice modern apartment, it was comfy to be in - the cleaning lady was friendly and kept the place fresh and spotless. The location is phenomenal almost in Bantry Bay, allows easy walks along the coast line in either direction or down the main road of buzzing seapoint - fabulous restaurants and all basic necessity shops and more. The apartment is safe and you feel secure. It offers you views of the ocean between the buildings in front. Overall well equipped.

The description of the apartment needs to be updated, the one bathroom has a bath ONLY and the other a shower ONLY- when reading initial description of 2 beds 2 baths- it may seem misleading. The wifi- was not effective at all, not even for the simple things of a google search. The key tags didn't work- lucklily there was a friendly security to let us in to the building. A couple of call outs on the agent Nox- they charge an extra breakage deposit - its a complicated process, after booking you get an online check in link then a breakage deposit link- I actually called to verify if it was spam. The breakage deposit there are two options- I think this should be more clearly outlined.
