Our host went above expectations to ensure our arrival to the property was smooth. Once at the property we were encouraged to keep in contact if we needed anything. The apartment is bright, comfortable and full of amenities. They have put a lot of thought into providing everything you may need. Coffee machine with pods and milk, wonderful. Loved the added bonus of sparkling wine. Cannot say enough about the positive experience we had, I would recommend to anyone. Extremely well located. We had the deluxe apartment which consisted of a double room with kitchen & full bath and one separate single room w/full bath. This worked out perfectly for our group of 2 women & I man. 4 minutes from Marco Polo Square and vaporetto station.

Honest there is very little negative. One note that there is no elevator, not unusual for Venice. Even so, we were greeted at the door and helped with our bags to the 4th floor.

Excellent location, easy to access and convenient check in. Bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable.

Layout was odd, it felt like the entry room should have been the living area and kitchen and then the second room the bedroom, but it was flipped.

The location was great and many small touches were appreciated.

The 4 flights of stairs, but the host was very clear about that aspect, so we expected it. The shower in the 2nd room is VERY small, not suitable for anyone over 5 ft tall.

Host gentilissimo e personale di servizio molto efficiente. Aperture digitali, sicure e comode. Appartamento fornito e dotato di ogni comfort. Letto con topper e cuscini comodi. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di bollicine in frigo
