Spacious rooms. Great staff. Clean room and bath. Very generous bfast buffet on Sunday, trimmed down significantly during the week. 3 elevators to move people.

Very friendly fast check-in/check out. Location is very good, was able to walk to the mall 10min or to local laundry and lunch spots. Safe environment. Rooms clean. Friendly staff.
The food at the lobby restaurant took very long to come and was not always warm. Staff was friendly though.
Waited almost one hour for some fish with rice. The quality of the food was good, but they really need to improve the kitchen flow.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Property was clean. Internet worked well.
Bed was super uncomfortable. Room not very quiet. Could hear people in the hallway and room next door. Room rates were ridiculously high for Brazil due to big industry event in town.
