If you're looking for a small, family-run, authentic place to stay just outside the bustling city of Hoi An, this is the place for you. The villa is located a bit outside the city center, but close to the rice fields and just a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach (or downtown). Bikes are provided free of charge. You can use them to ride to the beach or go on short bike tours. The freshly prepared breakfast is also great: there’s something different every day, plus pancakes, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. The family also helps plan trips and tours, as well as arrange airport transfers. The villa was one of the best places I stayed during my trip.

We had a great time at Hoi An Rustic Villa. Mr and Mrs Vu were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Xuan's breakfast each morning was so fresh and delicious. A different breakfast made fresh each day! And we loved seeing Mr Vu Snr's big happy smile every day. We used the bikes a couple of times to ride to the local rice fields and vegetable and herb gardens hunting down a new coffee spot. The old town was a quick 5 min Grab away. We loved Hoi An and will be back. Would be more than happy to stay here again. It ticked all of the boxes.

Absolutely everything! It was peaceful, clean, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. They sorted out tours for us, made my birthday absolutely fantastic and gave us good food recommendations. The location was great - easy access to town and the beach but far enough out to be quiet. If we are ever in Hoi An again we will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for having us and making our honeymoon so memorable ☺️

I had such an amazing stay at Hoi An Rustic Villa! The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful, with a nice swimming pool. It’s located a little outside the busy centre, which I actually loved. You can use the bicycles for free, so it’s still very easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, which was such a nice touch. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful and really took good care of me throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Hoi An, I would happily stay here again!
