Camera pulitissima con vista spettacolare sul mare, completa di cucina e terrazzino esterno con tavolino ad uso privato. Accoglienza fantastica, come siamo arrivati infatti siamo stati accolti con due bicchieri di succo e la mattina dopo abbiamo trovato un piatto con un dolce tipico per colazione. Per arrivare alla spiaggia bisogna percorrere una scalinata leggermente ripida e in 3-4 Min si arriva direttamente sul lungomare. La doccia, come quasi ovunque in Albania, è accanto al water ma abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che il piatto doccia fosse più basso di livello, in modo da non allargare tutto il bagno. Ci sono tantissime zanzare ma abbiamo trovato delle piastrine da attaccare alle prese elettriche.

Unica piccola pecca, avrei aggiunto un fornetto o microonde.

We really liked the location. Qeparo Pano Rooms is situated on a hillside very close to the beach. A staircase leads down to the beach, right where the seaside promenade featuring a wonderful beach and various restaurants begins. There is a small shop across the road and a highly rated restaurant next door. Free parking is a major advantage. Qeparo Pano Rooms is a family-run business. The hosts were delightful; we were served cold beers upon arrival and treated to warm pastries twice during the week. Our room had a very large balcony and a magnificent view of the sea. The apartment was modern and very clean.

The building is located right next to the main street. The sounds of some noisier vehicles could be clearly heard inside the room.

Lovely property , clean and well equipped with a beautiful view. The hosts were amazing - they brought us freshly squeezed orange juice on our arrival and freshly cooked Albanian doughnut balls (still warm) at breakfast one morning.

The only negative is the steps to the beach and back up to the property, but if you’re relatively fit it’s not a problem.

Beautiful view. Absolutely stunning! We had a warm welcome with a glass of fruit type sugar drink which was kind, also offered an Albanian breakfast food on 2 of the days. We could not park in car port and had to move the car on the busy road so be careful with a big car. We had emailed in advance but that's where they put us. The room was perfect size for two. Bed is superking size and overlooks the veiw. Very comfortable too. Bathroom was a sizable ensuite with good water pressure but shower head needed wedging in to stop it swivelling. Nice size balcony with airer and seating. Only issue is there's a bit where you are open to the neighbours, ours were lovely and we were both respectful of each other so not a problem. Clean and very serviceable room over all.

190 steps to the sea, some are uneven so not for the feint hearted. We're reasonably fit but it was a killer in the heat. It comes with the views of course but other reviews say 5/10 mins to the beach, they're right! But up very steep steps. Our main problem and why we would not recommend the accomodation. Is Staff (the owners) entering the room without knocking, we had to have the key in the lock to stop it. Staff also going into room to inspect it when we went out. We know theyd been in but bins or bedding had not been changed etc so no reason to do so. Staff also Turning fridge to warmest setting so the produce was only just off room temp, turning off ac and changing settings. We emailed them to ask them no to but they said no. We felt we lacked privacy and made the stay awkward.
