Excellent view!
Not a bad thing, it's just 1k from the main road.

This was the best accommodation we had in three weeks staying in Georgia. The apartment was amazing, we couldn't believe our luck! It was really bright, spacious, well furnished and supplied and the views from the windows and balcony were incredible. The large shower area with a shower curtain to protect the rest of the bathroom wasn't standard in Georgia so was a nice bonus. We stayed three days, but could happily have stayed a week - the location is fantastic for seeing Sighnaghi, just a couple of minutes from the main sights but away from the traffic of the main streets. Of course that also meant we had great views of the town from our window and also down to the flat valley below and the Caucasus mountains.
Communication was great - our host spoke fantastic English and was always keen to make sure we were enjoying our stay - she couldn't have been more helpful or responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The room was beautiful — spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean — with great views that made it feel extra special. Its location is convenient, just a short walk into town. One small tip for future guests: it’s handy to have a torch, as there’s a short stretch that can be quite dark before reaching the road.Lia is a fantastic host who truly looks after her guests and makes everyone feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, setting us up perfectly for the day.Overall, this guest house combines comfort, hospitality, and charm — a place we’d happily return to.
