Location and fantastic view, especialy from the roof terras. Spacious appartment, but take in account, that the whole roofterras is included in the total of square meters.

The pool at the roof and the communal pool are unheated, so from October till May very cold. You can't find this in the description! With a cover and a solar system this could be partly solved. It was very windy when we were there, and that makes a lot of sound, so take your earplugs with you in autumn /winter. The windows of the balcony can't be fully closed when there is much wind (the construction is to weak ), so you can't sit nice on the balcony when it's windy. The lights in the living room are not cosy. There are only ceiling spotlights, which can't be dimmed, so much light, or nothing. We took 2 lights from the sleeping rooms to the living room to make it more cosy. Beds are only 1.90 long, so no kingsize. For tall Dutch people to small. For such a topclass appartment I expect at least kingsize (2m x1.80 meter).
