The host upgraded us to a better apartment with free parking without changing the price. They were very friendly and expected us with a warm welcome.

There was no hot water in the shower

- Very friendly, pleasant and nice owner - TV in the room

- Cockroaches in the room in two nights - A single power socket in the entire room - Bedding unusable, no cloth for duvet covers - Shower only conditionally usable - just a used soap on sink as detergent - Water drain mostly clogged - Staircase extremely narrow and very steep - Very slow internet in comparison - Not enough light - Not enough toilet paper - Water flush from toilet without button

I'm satisfied, everything was cool. The service also was great.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was excellant good for old and new parts of tthe city and easy to find.

Being taken to another hotel by some guy pretending to be our host. Thankfully the mistake was realised and our host came to our rescue.
