A peaceful oasis in Augusta. Exceptionally clean and with everything you need for a little getaway. Very secure as a part of Dale and Kerry’s property. Great location easy walk to town and Colour Patch. The owners are very accomodating

We selected the studio accomodation because of the photos showed us it was stunning inside and outside. Dale and his wife take pride with inviting you to stay. Regards Mary

Very clean and good location.
Great shower.
Safe
Very warm upstairs.
Very cold downstairs and no heating.
Very uncomfortable chairs to sit in during the evening.
Poor reception on the TV. Not a smart TV.
Stated there was a washing machine. It was a twin tub in the garage.
Stated a balcony with garden views. It was a balcony that you could only stand on and the views were across the road at other people’s gardens.
