the shopping facility next to the hotel is delightful. the staff are nice anfd efficient. unfortunately getting the staff to unload the luggage from the car needs searching for the staff and asking them to provide the trolley. once inside eveything was well.
the hassle of finding staff to offload the luggage

We loved our short stay at Le Merridien. The room layout was perfect. The staff were wonderful and pleasant especially our room cleaner. The facilities were really good such as well equipped gym, pool and kids games. The breakfast was delicous with a wide selection of food. The best part of the hotel is the location, which is connected to the mall making shopping and dining easy.

Room spacious and clean room, Good King size bed. Location is very good; hotel is attached to IOI City Mall.
Lift had unpleasant smell, the buttons are faulty gets turn off and stop at random level. Even though I have registered my car number at the counter, I always have difficulty exiting the carpark. Room door is out of alignment, difficulty in opening and closing the door.
