Dreamsrome Suites

Dreamsrome Suites was immaculate. Very well maintained, fully stocked kitchen which was free to use for all guests.

The shower was a bit cramped (granted i am a big guy)

Nonostante un piccolo disagio in arrivo, la persona che mi ha accolto è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa e pulita e l'host mette a disposizione acqua, succhi, merende varie, the e tisane.

Cleanliness

The rooms are so close and the sound proofing was not strong

Giuseppe and Giulia were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the location of the apartment was perfect for us, it is very easy to get everywhere you like with the metro, and another important thing: the neighborhood was safe. Another pleasant surprise was the fact that in the kitchen we had water, coffee, juice and all kinds of sweets with no additional cost. In our opinion the coffee was even better than the one that Caffetino had(the breakfast palace).

A huge problem for us was the fact the we found, in the middle of our stay, our room opened, with the key inside the lock(in the hall - for everyone to see). Nothing was stolen but it was unacceptable for us, we had all our things and valuables in the room, also my boyfriend’s work stuff. Other minor things were: one of the shower heads was not working, we ran out of soap and it was not replaced(we used shower gel, so it was fine I guess) and in the last day we ran out of toilet paper.
