Good location, room clean and large. Balcony was not as advertised.
Advert on Booking.com is a misrepresentation, the promised big lovely balcony in the photo does not exist, the balcony was a wheelie bin sized rooflight/dormer opening. The room had inadequate pillows we had to ask for more. Breakfast was poor, just about OK.

Was clean city centre and beautiful view, hotel as good location
There was no coffee in room needed go to 1 floor, breakfast was almost nothing to choose no egs nothing!!! We was disappointed

We loved everything about our stay, they even kept our luggage while we explored on our last day.
Some of the staff were a little cold and dry.

The location is central and within walking distance from all the shops & restaurants. The rooms are nice & big.
The property is very average. Very few of the staff speak English, including the reception which make it difficult to communicate. The breakfast has very few, limited options. Overall it looks much better on the pictures than onsite.
