Everyone was kind and punctual

Villa Riana was a fantastic place to spend our second week in Barbados after staying on the East Coast. We were the only guests at the villa, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The host was incredibly welcoming and even invited us to a private barbecue with his family and friends, which became one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Katie, the manager, is amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions, even when we needed help with small things in the kitchen. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly, the pool was great, and the beach is very close. It was also easy to get groceries and everything else we needed. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend Villa Riana.

Beautiful building and nice private pool. Handy check in and checkout and easy to find! Fast WiFi.

AC is only in the bedrooms so livingroom is very hot during the day. There were some maggots in the drawer so my wife was very disgusted, dont know what kind seemed like a small centipedes. Shelves were bit untidy and only one remote worked for both AC.
